This is our most popular and all inclusive membership. For a little as a price of a coffee each day you have unlimited access to: Gym, pool, sauna, steam room, spa, group fitness classes, squash, badminton, tennis and snooker.

Off - Peak Membership £34/month or £374/year
This membership option is designed for those who prefer to workout during the day missing the peak times.
It includes usage between 06:30 and 17:00 weekdays and anytime at the weekends.
Inclusive of: Gym, pool, sauna, steam room and spa.
You can also top up and pay for group fitness sessions, squash, badminton, tennis, sunbeds and snooker (see above)
Studio Plus Membership £34/month or £374/year
Studio plus is for those who enjoy all the group fitness classes including indoor cycling – BikeIT
