At Herongate Leisure we now have a Power Plate® for you to experience this new training phenomenon. Power Plate® machines are state-of-the-art devices that help users stretch, strengthen, massage and relax their bodies. Power Plate® machines vibrate when you exercise, increasing the acceleration on the body and activating muscle contractions multiple times per second.
Learn to incorporate Power Plate® training into your regular routine to maximise the outcome, or simply enjoy a brief yet intense 30 minute workouts, which ensure accelerated results within a small time frame.
